We have full CNC Machining capabilities with a total of: 4 CNC Lathes (one with live tooling), 2 Hurco Milling Machines with fully integrated 4th AXIS. This allows high accuracy machining and batch production at very competitive prices. We also have Manual Centre Lathes and Milling Machines.

All work is carried out by experienced machinists for precision turning and milling of large or small batches and one-offs. We also have facilities offering design and manufacture of press tools, jigs and fixtures, repairs and regrinds of existing tools.

We currently have a Amada CNC Punch Press and The Alpha 4 machine supported by Cad Cam to produce high or low volume components at competitive prices, very often avoiding the long lead times required for press tools. We also have a range of power presses from eight to fifty ton with electronic programmable feeding equipment. Our production services are supported by Drilling, Tapping and Bending facilities, Tig and Mig Welding and brazing.

We can offer help in the design and manufacture of Prototypes. Once manufactured, we offer a full component and product assembly service. We can also offer a wide range of finishes to the completed product via our approved sub-contractors.
